Recommended Posts

Greenbrier County is currently moving away from analog frequencies. So it is required that you use a digital scanner to pick up most frequencies. You can download a police scanner app on your smartphone. However, you will be limited on what you receive. Most local frequencies are currently classified as mobile frequencies. So if you choose to purchase a scanner. Then it's recommended to get one that is digital and compatible with mobile frequencies.
